ST. THOMAS – The Members of the 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands are saddened by the news of the passing of Tax Assessor Ira Mills.

He previously served as the Director of Business and Financial Management before being appointed Tax Assessor. Mills also served as Chief Financial Officer of the Virgin Islands Housing Authority and Director of the Virgin Islands Office of Management and Budget.
