The 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands will be convened in a Special Session called by Honorable Albert Bryan, Jr., Governor of the Virgin Islands on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Hall on St. Thomas to consider the proposed horse racing legislation.
