The Committee on Youth, Sports, Parks and Recreation has scheduled a meeting to receive testimony on the status of the St. Croix Horse Racing Facility Construction Project

 The Committee will also receive testimony to include but limited to an update on the Virgin Islands Horse Racing Industry
