St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – Senate President Donna Frett-Gregory and the Members of the 34th Legislature of the Virgin Islands invite the public to the lying-in repose of the Honorable Dr. Athneil “Addie” Ottley on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Earle B. Ottley served the people of the Virgin Islands as a Senator in the 9th, 10th, and 13th Legislatures, and as Lieutenant Governor with Governor Melvin H. Evans. Ottley was a true statesman and public servant.
